1.EAT DIET RICH IN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

2. EXERCISE YOUR BODY REGULARLY

The best way to keep your skin hydrated is to moisturize from the inside out. Water helps keep the body well hydrated, which is essential because almost every cell in the body needs water to function properly.
6. LAUGH, RELAX AND ENJOY LIFE
Laughter has been proven to be medicinal. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
