1.EAT DIET RICH IN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

There is no substitute for vitamins and minerals in food and you will give your body what it needs only if you are conscious of eating healthy, unprocessed, non-junk food. Fruits and vegetables provide necessary substances called photo-chemical which you can get from nutritional supplements. They lower cholesterol, flush out carcinogens, boost the immune system, and reduce aging.

2. EXERCISE YOUR BODY REGULARLY

Daily exercise of the body will get your blood flowing and stimulates oxygen flow to feed the skin. The minimum amount of aerobic exercise necessary to maintain good health should last for about 20 minutes, three times a week.

3. AVOID DRINKING TOO MUCH COFFEE, TEA OR ALCOHOL

Enjoy vices in moderation but don’t over do it. All three of these liquids are diuretics that dehydrate the body and sap it of vitamin B resulting in dry, thin skin.

4. DON’T SMOKE

Smoking depletes the body of vitamin B and damages the capillary wall, and deprive the skin cells of oxygen. Smoking has also been proven to be a major cause of most cases of lung cancer.

5.DRINK A LOT OF WATER DAILY

The best way to keep your skin hydrated is to moisturize from the inside out. Water helps keep the body well hydrated, which is essential because almost every cell in the body needs water to function properly.

6.  LAUGH, RELAX AND ENJOY LIFE

Laughter has been proven to be medicinal. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
